    牛之欣,男,博士研究生,副教授。 毕业于中科院沈阳应用生态研究所,主要从事污染生态系统恢复与修复研究,参加了国家水体污染控制与治理科技重大专项“浑河流域水质监测及污染源解析”及“城市重污染河道综合整治技术研究”;参加了“辽河上游水污染控制与水质改善技术及示范研究子课题”;并参与了国家863“重大环境污染事件预警技术”;参加并主要负责国家“十二五”水专项“辽河保护区水生态建设综合示范”河岸带自然封育研究与示范工作;参与“973”项目内容“化学强化植物-微生物联合修复有机污染土壤等新技术原理”等研究工作,申请并主持环境模拟与污染控制国家重点实验室项目、辽宁省教育厅项目等。2008至今,发表SCI3篇,EI2篇,核心期刊2篇,专利1项。
